Post-Registration FAQs
What airport should I fly into?
Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is the closest airport to the hotel. The Sheraton provides a free shuttle to and from this airport. Dallas also has the Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL), but the hotel shuttle does not run to and from that airport.
How will I get to and from the host hotel from DFW?
When you arrive at DFW airport and obtain your luggage at baggage claim, go down to the ground level and locate the purple Courtesy Vans pillar sign. Call the Sheraton at 972-929-8400 Extension 1 and let them know you need to picked up via the shuttle. Please note that it may take up to 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Due to airport construction, we have found that pickups at Terminal A may be as long as 40 minutes.
The hotel shuttle leaves the Sheraton every hour between 11PM to 6AM. It departs every 30 minutes between 6AM and 11PM. When the shuttle departs the Sheraton, it will pickup guests at the neighboring Doubletree before heading to the airport. Please give yourself ample time especially if you have to check bags.
