CRPS Expo hosted by “Tales of the CRPS”

Join us for the CRPS Expo on Friday, November 3, 2023 in Jacksonville, Florida!

The Expo will feature two guest speakers, Dr. Michael Hanes of Jax Pain and Spine Centers and Dr. Christopher Sletton of the Mayo Clinic. The Expo will open with Doug Baer, President & CEO of Brooks Health Services. The day will also include speed sessions, a silent auction, and a raffle.

Meet us at Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital located at 3559 University Building South in Jacksonville, Florida. The Expo will take place in Assembly Rooms 1 and 2.

The attendance fee is $10.00
